Sometimes buzzing, sometimes peaceful (daytime). Quality beer well kept and well chosen, lovely crowd, super food…enough said.

The most amazing roast beef in town, a must on a Sunday. Make sure you book a table in advance as gets very busy on a Sundays. Enjoy!

The food was excellent, very reasonable price & the staff were friendly. Hidden at the back is a lovely garden area, perfect for a summer evening. Loved it here, we’ll go back.

All three of us went for a local ale and the steak and ale pie. Good choice! The pie was obviously home-made and full of meat, with extra gravy, mash and a few beans. Being a very warm evening, the garden was busy, but there was plenty of room. Worth a visit, it’s certainly moved on from previous incarnations.

Went for lunch for family reunion and it was an excellent outing, all different meals, all were devoured, local brewery ales on the pumps made the visit. Staff attentive but not overpowering. Good all round will definitely visit again.

Without doubt my favourite pub in Worthing. The team have worked so hard on creating homely yet stylish space that is inviting. The food is fantastic and the drinks selection is perfect. Keep it up guys

The beer is always good here and they are very happy to offer you a taster before you buy. But to top it all they have the great offer of “Street of the Week” where if you can prove that you live on that particular street in Worthing (see their Facebook page for details) you receive the not too shabby 15% discount.

My brother booked a table for Father’s Day lunch and as ever the food, staff, drinks were excellent. I also greatly appreciate the effort made with my dog giving her iced water as it was a hot day.

My wife and I stopped here for a light lunch and a drink and were very impressed! The craft beers were just what I wanted, and my wife loved the German pilsner. The home smoked salmon was so tasty, and the bread and dips were delicious!

Top notch real ales, good service, friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean throughout. Wish it was round the corner from my house!

Lovely girl behind the bar added sliced strawberries to our gin and tonics (a lovely touch). Delicious meal mum loved her fish and chips. Took our drinks into the garden to finish off. Lovely, lovely pub.

We came down to Worthing for the day and found this wonderful restaurant! We had the most fantastic roast dinner, everything home made, huge portion size and absolutely delicious! The puddings were awesome! The restaurant itself is stunning and the staff are really friendly and helpful.
